Privacy Policy

  1. Accommodation Booking:
    • Accommodation prices apply at the time of booking.
    • The full amount must be paid no later than upon check-in to confirm the booking.
    • We do not accept cheques as payment.
  2. Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-in time starts: 2:00 PM

Self-service check-in is offered after 11 PM Mon-Fri and 7 PM Sat-Sun

  • Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
  • If rooms are not vacant by check-out time, guests will be charged for an additional day.
  1. Payment and Settlement:
    • All accounts must be settled upon arrival.
    • No smoking is permitted in any rooms or common areas.
    • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum out of respect for all guests. Nighttime starts at 10 PM until 7 AM.
  2. Liability and Safety:
    • Guests enter the premises at their own risk.
    • The owners/management are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
    • Damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately.
  3. Safety Measures:
    • Gates and doors should be always locked.
    • Unauthorised persons/visitors are not allowed on the premises.
    • Only guests listed on the invoice are permitted on the hotel premises.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Non-refundable – charged at the time of booking.
    • Standard rate – free cancelation until one day before arrival (starting midnight day before)
    • Groups (8 pax and more). Free cancellation until 4 weeks before arrival. After this time in case of cancellation, no-show or modification we charge the total booking amount.
